  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened or rescheduled.

4. Payment and Fees

  • Pricing: Our prices are listed on our website and may vary based on the size, breed, and condition of your pet.

  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

  • Deposits: For certain services, we may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled with at least 24 hours' notice.

5. Pet Health and Safety

  • Health Conditions: Please inform us of any health conditions or special needs your pet may have. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is in the best interest of your pet's health and safety.

  • Vaccinations: All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be required.

  • Behavior: If your pet exhibits aggressive behavior, we may refuse service or require the use of a muzzle. We will make every effort to handle your pet with care and respect.

  • Damage or Injury: Spableen is not responsible for any injury to your pet that occurs during grooming unless it is due to our negligence. We are also not responsible for any damage to personal property.

  • Loss: We are not responsible for any loss of your pet during the grooming process. Please ensure your pet is secure and properly restrained when bringing them to our salon.
